By placing an order from the site and in the manner that it provides, you confirm that you have read all the information provided during the purchase and fully accept the conditions of sale and payment that are reported below. Any purchase made through www.vigliettisport.com is governed by the following general terms and conditions which replace any previous regulation. These conditions of sale, as well as those relating to the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, are an integral part of the contract concluded between you and Viglietti Sport S.r.l. as required by Articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on distance selling.

Prices

The list prices to the public indicated by the supplier and displayed on the website www.vigliettisport.com may be subject to discounts and promotions that will be duly indicated on the product page by "barred price" and indication of the discount percentage applied. Every price and every delivery cost are to be considered inclusive of VAT (22%) and are highlighted during the completion of the purchase order. The prices applied to the products you purchase are those indicated on the site at the time your order is concluded.

Acceptance of Orders

Delivery Methods and Expenses

The delivery costs are your responsibility unless otherwise indicated in the purchase proposal on the site. Delivery will take place with the help of specialized carriers. At the time of delivery, you must check that the number of packages corresponds to what will be shown on the transport document and that the external packaging of the product (including the closure materials) is intact, not damaged, wet or in any way altered. In the event that the checks show missing packages or indications or if there is damage to the packaging or to the products contained therein, you must immediately contest them by placing a Written Check Reserve on the courier's delivery document. We remind you that when you have signed the delivery document you will no longer be able to dispute the external conditions of the product.

If it is not possible repeatedly to deliver the product to the address you have indicated to us at the time of the order, this will be canceled automatically and Viglietti Sprt S.r.l. will reimburse the amount you have paid, net of the expenses arising therefrom, such as costs for shipping and handling of the product. Shipments are made by courier of primary importance within 4/5 days from receipt of payment. We remind you that deliveries will not be made to addresses related to PO boxes.

Right of Withdrawal - Mode and Expenses

As indicated by Legislative Decree 21 of 21 February 2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without the obligation of explanation and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the product you purchased. To do this, simply notify us of your intention to cancel at info@vigliettisport.com or by calling +39 (0) 174 334272.

We remind you that you can exercise your right of withdrawal on the whole order or on a part of it only if the purchased product is intact and in its original packaging complete with all its parts and accompanied by the sales documents, everything must be placed in a properly sealed package and sent to:

If you wish to replace the purchased goods, Viglietti Sport S.r.l. we will pay the shipping costs only for the first change by collecting the item for free replacement.

FOR CLOTHING GARMENTS : the item, as well as being returned in its original packaging, must not have been worn and must be folded into the original plastic bag that contained it.The shipping costs for the return of the product will be at your expense and the same shipment will be under your responsibility. The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the address: Viglietti Sport Srl, p.za Dodero, 19 - 12083. Frabosa Sottana (CN);

Viglietti Sport S.r.l. provides a pick-up service via your courier at the cost of & euro; 9, which will be withheld from the refund amount. If you wish to use them, you must contact the Customer Service at +39 (0) 174 334272 or send an email to info@vigliettisport.com. If you have correctly exercised your right of withdrawal Viglietti Sport Srl, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods, we will reimburse you the amount paid corresponding to the value of the goods, that is to say net of shipping and handling costs, crediting it to the current account, credit card or PayPal used to make the order.

We also remind you that the right of withdrawal is NOT applied for purchases of customized or customized products. In the event of product defects, the return will be at our expense. To request it, you must contact the Customer Service who will send a courier for collection of the goods and any replacement.

Viglietti Sport guarantees that the products are free from defects and faults.
If you find defects in the product, you will have to notify it as soon as possible. We also guarantee that the products sold comply with the applicable Italian and European Union (EU) standards.

Competent Forum

Your contract with Viglietti Sport is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Cuneo.

Conciliation Procedure

According to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (Consumer Code) the customer can use the Joint Conciliation procedure. The procedure can be initiated if the consumer, after having lodged a complaint with the company, within 30 days, has not received a reply or has received a reply not considered satisfactory by him.
