TECHNOLOGIES

ADVANCED COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY
High-performance raw carbon fiber is used to produce custom composite material in Giant's composite plant. Extremely light, stiff and compliant, these handcrafted frames feature the following materials and processes.
1. MATERIAL High performance raw carbon based material for a high stiffness ratio. / weight.
2. RESIN High Performance Formula resin provides a high level of void minimization (fewer bubbles) while maintaining exceptional strength characteristics. Vibration-absorbing particles are added to help disperse road-induced impacts. assembled and printed as one continuous piece. This half front is then bonded to the seatstays and chainstays in a secondary process. The modified monocoque eliminates the more complex composite sheet. exterior to reduce weight without compromising quality; driving, resistance or stiffness.

OVERDRIVE
It's Giant's original oversized steer fork technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system's oversized headset bearings (1 1/4" lower and 1 1/8" higher for street, 1 1/2" lower and 1 1/8" higher for mountain) and tapered shape and the steerer tube work together to provide a rigidity; optimal steering
