WCR TBS SL 3D Ski Poles

The Worldcup Racing TBS SL 3D are high-level slalom sticks with a smaller diameter than the 3D model of Worldcup Racing SL, made of aluminum with the highest degree of resistance.

The revolutionary Trigger Shark system used in this model consists of an ergonomic handle that allows you to quickly attach or detach a special clamp or gloves adapted to it, but above all it offers maximum safety during a fall. An integral part of the 3D Trigger System is the fuse, whose task is to instantly release the hand from the stick, which results in a significant reduction in the risk of wrist and shoulder injuries, which in total account for up to 29% of all injuries that can occur while skiing. The tube incorporates aeronautical technologies in the materials, which make it more resistant to bending and torsion and further reduce aerodynamic drag to a minimum. The handle is suitable for mounting a closed guard. The special hard metal tip is not damaged even if hammered into ice.

MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES:

Material: The tube has a diameter of 16 mm and is made of aluminum alloy 7075 HTS 6.5, thanks to the heat treatment it is characterized by the highest degree of resistance and the lowest weight among all aluminum alloys.

Handle: Trigger 3D Slalom Grip - Ergonomic, forward angled handle equipped with the revolutionary 3D Trigger system that allows you to quickly attach and detach poles. It offers maximum comfort while skiing and guarantees full control over the poles, but above all guarantees maximum safety in the event of a fall. An integral part of the Trigger 3D system is a spring element which, when overloaded, releases the hook to which the clamp or glove is attached and in a split second "cuts" the skier from the stick, thus minimizing the risk of injury.

Strap: Trigger S Frame Strap - Secession glove, which is part of the Trigger S or Trigger 3D system, which allows you to quickly attach or remove the stick. Its unique design means that its size can be adapted to any hand. The glove is made of breathable material.

Arrowhead: Carbide tip, characterized by diamond hardness, excellent support edge and exceptional strength. The tip handle is flexible enough to resist bending up to 30º.

Plate: Racing Basket - The perfect slalom plate that can be easily replaced without tools.

Among the long hours spent in the design process, the lion's share was devoted to the correct ergonomics of the handle. In Trigger 3D, the designers placed emphasis on external line and shape, which, together with properly selected materials, resulted in a perfectly streamlined design. Result? The upper part of the new grip, responsible for attaching and detaching the glove from the stick, is even more comfortable and easier to use.

Trigger 3D is also primarily an impressive innovation in the form of a three-dimensional release system. This omnidirectional belt release mechanism significantly expands the possibilities offered by the current Trigger S system. Taking into account all current users of LEKI equipment, we have designed the new 3D Trigger system to be fully compatible with the Trigger S gloves. means that new poles with the Trigger 3D system can be easily used with gloves and belts with the current Trigger S. Taking the environment into account, LEKI has created a new 3D Trigger system in such a way that its predecessor Trigger S does not become a useless gadget on the shelf.
