Sorapis is our spearhead in terms of sustainability, the first shoe of our collections certified by Re-Source. Dolomite has developed a list of parameters considered essential to be able to consider an eco-responsible shoe and Sorapis is the first shoe of our collections that meets all these parameters.

Contemporary design, urban inspiration but with details that strongly recall the spirit of the iconic mountain footwear characterize the upper, whose leather from Italian tanneries is certified Leather Working Group (LWG), an international non-profit organization responsible of the largest leather sustainability program in the world. The leather is also metal-free. The second essential parameter to be able to define a "Re-Source" shoe concerns the components produced with the use of recycled material. Sorapis laces, lining and footbed are made with recycled material certified Global Recycled Standard (GRS).

The presence of bio-based material represents the third criterion by which the sustainability level of our footwear is evaluated and the Vibram® N-Oil sole completely satisfies this need. Composed of 90% non-petroleum-derived materials and 100% natural pigments for coloring, it has recently obtained certification from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

The integration process between recycled, certified and bio-based materials allows us to improve the environmental and social impact of our products while the constant research and collaboration with suppliers and socially responsible production partners allows us to improve our products in a sustainable way. processes.
