MS MTN TRAINER MID GTX

The Mountain Trainer Mid GTX is a lightweight man trekking boot for the summer, made of sturdy suede leather and waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® protection.
Designed to provide greater flexibility and greater comfort both uphill and downhill, the Mountain Trainer Mid GTX has a new dual density Bilight technology midsole, ergonomically shaped to cradle the foot and ensure all-day comfort on longer hikes.
At the ankle height, the Flex Collar allows natural movement and adaptability during descents for greater comfort, even when carrying a heavy backpack. Under the foot, the lightweight and compact Vibram® Wrapping Thread Combi (WTC) sole guarantees a solid but always comfortable gait. The patented SALEWA 3F System guarantees flexibility, support and a blister-free fit from day one. In addition, the GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane provides weather protection and optimal thermal comfort

GORE-TEX ®

The GORE-TEX® membrane is an extremely thin layer of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE).
It has over 1.4 billion pores per cm2. It is these pores that establish the characteristics of GORE-TEX® laminate.
The GORE-TEX® membrane is waterproof over time and guarantees to stay dry and practice your activity in full comfort; at the same time it allows sweat to escape, helping to reduce overheating and the accumulation of sweat.
