RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 nr. 206, the Customer (if it can be qualified as a "consumer") has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the purchased Products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the Products themselves.

The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous paragraph must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt. to Viglietti Sport s.r.l. Piazza Dodero nr. 19 - 12083 Frabosa Sottana – Località Prato Nevoso (CN) within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the Products.

The above communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram or fax to Viglietti Sport s.r.l. to the number 0174245212 , provided that it is confirmed, by registered letter with return receipt, within 48 (forty-eight) hours after sending the telegram or fax.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, ie:

• • in the absence of the original packaging;
  • in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc);
  • for product corruption.

All returns must be authorized by the Viglietti Sport Customer Service, which will provide the Customer with the RMA Return Number as soon as possible. The Customer must return the following product address: Viglietti Sport s.r.l. Piazza Dodero nr. 19 - 12083 Frabosa Sottana – Località Prato Nevoso (CN)

Once we receive the Products, Viglietti Sport will, no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days, to credit the Customer with the cost of the returned Products as reported in the purchase tax documentation, except for the shipping costs which, as required by current legislation, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the Products purchased consist of audiovisual or sealed computer software, which have been opened by the Customer himself.

The competent Court for any eventual controversy is identified in the Court of Mondovì (CN)
