The new igloo construction satisfies the needs of long treks, guaranteeing ample interior space (including a greater length, for taller people), ensuring protection from the weather, wind stability and ventilation, and low weight. It has a ripstop polyamide overlay (anti-tear) with a water column of 5,000 mm. The ventilation system includes side vents to regulate the flow of fresh air.
Sierra Leone II has a generous apse for cooking or storing equipment and the two entrances increase internal comfort. Additional features: quick-mounting 7001 T6 aluminum pole system, high-quality zips and tie-rods, ceiling-mounted storage net, sheltered entry from the rain.
