TECHNOLOGIES

ADJUSTABLE HEAD ANGLE
With the new Scale, you can also adjust the head angle by 0.6° why? is more relaxed or more; aggressive. This can be be done without cutting cables or having to bleed the brakes. You just have to disassemble the handlebar, rotate the headset cups by 180° and reassemble them.

DESIGN
The brand new design of the Scale is; been subjected to our uncompromising pursuit of perfection and pure efficiency, strictly following the guiding principle of “Form follows function”. In our quest for the ultimate design, even in its simplicity, we centered the design around the essentials while balancing the bike's DNA to create an entirely new genre of XC bike. The result is a clean and direct design, which provides the all-new Scale with its distinctive character and aggressive look, a bike that proudly displays its characteristics.

HOLLOW DROPOUT DESIGN
The dropouts are hollow and feature an advanced design that allows the axle head to lock against the inner surface of the dropout and leaves
the head flush with the surface. This allows for the greatest possible lightness and has a clean design on the outside. While managing to reduce weight by 7.5 g with the new dropout, the optimized design has favored the narrowing of the rear triangle area, which in turn has allowed a reduction of 20 g in this area of the frame (HMX-SL).

MONOCOQUE DESIGN
The monocoque design of the new Scale RC allows production using only one mold for the main section of the bike frame, the front one. Thanks to the application of our experience of carbon, the new Scale is; therefore characterized by only three parts molded together. This translates into greater efficiency thanks to the reduced number of joints required, thus decreasing weight and maintaining rigidity. superior: something we always try to achieve in hardtail race bikes. Having developed the frame as a single system, the monocoque design allows the frame to handle all the forces involved.

SERVICE DOOR
A small service door, accessible through a cover on the down tube, allows easy access to the inside of the frame without the need for a service hatch. to remove the bottom bracket. Chassis maintenance is essential. more simple thanks to internal cable routing.
