WS RAPACE GTX

THE Rapace GTX is a lightweight boot for summer mountaineering, combining a durable nubuck and a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® protection.

A reassuring grip, comfort and support - the SALEWA solution for via ferrata and summer mountaineering. The Rapace GTX presents our 3F System for ankle support, flexibility and a perfect fit. The Vibram Wrapping Thread Combi (WTC) sole has aggressive lugs that allow good traction, guaranteeing a natural gait and maximum safety on rock.

Inside the boot, the SALEWA Bilight technology in the midsole ensures an ergonomic roll and long-lasting cushioning for extra comfort. The Rapace GTX is also rigid enough to be used with hybrid / semi-automatic crampons. In addition, the GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane guarantees optimal thermal comfort if the weather closes and there is an integral rubber edge for protection against rocks and stones.
